Render Commissions

FEATURES:

• Base price for 1 render is: $30 USD
• Amount of avatars in a render is MAX OF 5.  Base price will stay at 2 AVATARS in the render but the more you add the more it will go up per avatar. 
• 1 render per commission w/ 2 revisions. Revisions meaning that if you need something changed or fixed: pose, lighting, idea, etc. It can only be changed TWICE.
• Renders can be edited more within other programs (IF WANTED). There are Revisions here as well, once again meaning that if you need something changed or fixed: pose, lighting idea, etc. It can only be changed TWICE.
• If you would like extra items, scene edits, props, extra and it’s more work that I have to put in I will increase the price of said render / project due to its construction and the overall work put into it. Example, “I want this, this and this, but add 20 extra things.” The price will definitely bump up another $10-15, depending on the complexity of it. 

INSTRUCTIONS & DESCRIPTIONS:

• First thing, I will need to make sure you have “proof of purchase” of said avatar or the avatar you are making, as well as permission from the creator of said avatar shown in full before commissioning starts. 
• For doing the task above you can either send me the FBX or the UNITY PACKAGE of said avatar so I can work with them. If you send me the FBX you will also need to send me the textures along with it. (make sure you get permission from the creator first before anything starts, show proof of conversation to me.) If you are wanting to do the UNITY PACKAGE way which would make it a lot easier for both parties, you have to still no matter what get permission from the avatar creator of said avatar, UNLESS I already own that package. (even though I own it I still need to see proof of purchase from you and any other avatar in the mix.)
• After making sure everything is checked out and good with “proof of purchases”. Please already have a good and detailed description of what you would like: posing, scene, objects, etc. Ready and at hand with what you’d like. Please also understand that REFERENCES do help with the idea. I can do really anything you’d like, I WILL tell you what I can and can not do. I can and am allowed to turn down anything I do not like or feel uncomfortable with, which will be down in my TOS more so please make sure to read that.
• Within further, development of the render. I do work during weekdays and my sleep schedule is very mixed. There may or may not be a certain time and duration of when your render will be done, as well as if it is complex or not. I usually can get renders out fast but that’s also if I have more then 3-10 commissions it gets quite busy. So, please bare with me. I will usually work on renders during the weekends.

TOS:

• DO NOT resell, reuse, or steal any of MY renders or the COMMISSIONED ONES. You will be asked to remove said render from your page, site, computer, anything of the sorts. 
• IF YOU DID COMMISSION ME, you are allowed to put this render on commercial use or personal use avatars or posting on social platforms. You do however have to CREDIT me on the post or the commercial use of the render used. ( I will be putting my LOGO somewhere within the render, not fully scene. But it will be in there.)
• NO REFUNDS. They are not issued after the purchase of the render has been made.
• DO NOT claim it as yours. You are allowed to edit it, but it does not mean you personally made this render.
• By purchasing this item you agree to adhere to and follow the terms of service. Failure to adhere to terms of service will result in fines and legal action. You will be asked to cease and remove as well. The copyright in a work initially belongs to the author(s) who created that work. Copyright exists automatically in an original work of authorship once it is fixed in a tangible medium. This 3D asset is protected by Copyright Law, illegal distribution and failure to abide by the given Terms of Service of the said asset can be subjected to fines between $200 to $150,000, infringer pays actual dollar amount of damages and profits made by said stolen asset, the infringer will pay all attorney fees and court costs, illegal iterations of the stolen work can be impounded and possible jail time.
